All prices displayed on the Sole Sockery website are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and product availability without prior notice.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order before dispatch. Where payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Discount codes, promotional offers and special campaigns:

  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • cannot be combined unless expressly stated;
  • may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

SECTION 6 – ORDERS

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

An order is considered accepted only once it has been processed and prepared for dispatch.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where:

  • payment cannot be authorised;
  • products become unavailable;
  • incorrect pricing has been displayed;
  • fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified;
  • delivery cannot reasonably be completed; or
  • we believe the order breaches these Terms.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing, contact and delivery information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Sole Sockery is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Sole Sockery currently ships within the United Arab Emirates only.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders placed before 8:00 PM (GST) are typically eligible for next-day delivery, subject to courier schedules, operational capacity and public holidays.

Orders placed after 8:00 PM will generally be dispatched on the following business day.

While we aim to meet these delivery estimates, they are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays or unforeseen operational disruptions.

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery throughout the UAE is AED 15.

Some remote locations incur an additional AED 20 remote area surcharge, bringing the total delivery fee to AED 35.

If your address falls within one of these locations, any applicable surcharge will be communicated before your order is dispatched or displayed during checkout where available.

Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order where required.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or failure to respond to the courier, additional delivery charges may apply before redelivery can be arranged.

Risk in the products passes to you once your order has been delivered to the nominated delivery address.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your Sole Sockery purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Due to the hygienic nature of socks, products that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are deemed faulty.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within the timeframe specified in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. We may request photographs or additional information to assess the issue before approving a replacement, exchange or refund.

Where a return is approved, products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and in a resaleable condition.

Sole Sockery reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
